Happy birthday to me! Can I just say how much I LOVE getting birthday cards?
After combining the egg, milk, cake mix and oil add the fun stuff. First the rainbow sprinkles...
Then the white chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a brownie pan. OK maybe not so much *pouring* as plopping it in there and then scraping it off the spoon. It is some dense and sticky batter.
Fresh out of the oven.
Sliced and ready to eat, can you see the sprinkles in there? Please excuse the Shout wipes, etc. in the background, I was in a hurry. :)
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk slowly – you want the batter to remain as dense as possible. Then mix in the rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Pour into an 8x8 brownie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The center might seem a little gooey still after it comes out of the oven, but that's what you want! Cool for about 20 minutes before slicing into squares.
